Michael C. McGrew
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mike is a 1983 graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration. He holds the CRB and CRS
designations. He joined McGrew Real Estate in 1982. Mike is a 1986
graduate of Leadership Lawrence and is past Chairman of the Bert
Nash Community Mental Health Governing Board. He was the 1995 Lawrence
Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year. He served as the 1998 President
of the Kansas Association of Realtors. Mike was the 2000 Realtor
of the Year for KAR as well as the 2004 Distinguished Service Award
recipient for KAR. He was the 2003 Region 9 Vice President for
the National Association of Realtors and currently serves on the
NAR Executive Committee and the NAR Federal Taxation Committee.
Mike also serves as Chairman of Real Estate Business Resources,
Chairman of Real Estate Broker Owner Services, on the Executive
Committee for KAR, as Chairman for the LBOR Governmental Affairs
Committee and as NAR Federal Political Coordinator for Senator
Pat Roberts. |

Dennis Snodgrass
President and Managing Broker
Dennis is a 1986 graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business Administration. He holds the GRI
and CSP designations. He joined McGrew Real Estate after working
2 years as an Account Executive for the Kansas City Star and Times.
He served 6 years on the Lawrence-Douglas County Planning Commission,
has been a member of the Lawrence Luncheon Optimists Club, is a
past President of the Lawrence Board of Realtors, and was the 1999
LBOR Realtor of the Year. He is the Assistant Chief of the Clinton
Township Volunteer Fire Department. |

John Bush
Vice President & Branch Broker
John Bush left his hometown of Lyons, Kansas in 1973 to attend the University of Kansas and with one minor blemish of a year in California has resided in Lawrence since that time. He was a loan officer with Capitol Federal Savings and later Senior Vice President for Lending and Loan Servicing with Columbia Savings. After Columbia Savings was sold John joined Pat Flavin and Terry Gittins as a partner in Calvin, Eddy, and Kappelman Real Estate. In 2000 John and Pat Flavin changed the name of the firm to Lawrence Realty Associates and moved to a new facility at 4321 W 6th Street. As Chairman and CEO, John helped Lawrence Realty become one of Lawrence's leading real estate companies and a leader in innovation for real estate firms throughout the region. In December of 2007 John merged LRA with McGrew Real Estate and remains a partner of the firm.
John has served on the board of directors for numerous civic, charitable, and service organizations and he has been active in local, state and national politics. Bush worked with Senator Bob Dole in his national bids for the Presidency and is currently one of the Kansas State Finance Chairs for Senator Pat Roberts. John is married to the former Ann Hartley and has three children, Tom, Meredith and Jack. |

Patrick Flavin
Vice President & Auctions and Advance Training
Pat is a thirty-plus year veteran of the Lawrence real estate business. Until the recent merger of McGrew Real Estate and Lawrence Realty Associates, Pat served as President and Managing Broker of LRA. He has served as President of the Lawrence Board of Realtors and been honored as Lawrence Salesperson of the Year and Realtor of the Year AND Salesperson of the Year for the State of Kansas. Civic involvements have included Chairman-Board of Directors of the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, Alumnus of the Year - Leadership Lawrence and an Alumnus of Leadership Kansas. He is an active member of his church and numerous other community organizations. An Eagle Scout, Pat has devoted a lifetime to Scouting activities and leadership.
Pat and wife Nancy are University of Kansas graduates and have two grown children.
Pat presently serves as Vice President of McGrew Real Estate with emphasis on coaching and training and oversees the Auction Division. |
