In addition to her work with clients, Bailey has been a strong advocate for the real estate industry in Lawrence. She currently serves as President of the Lawrence Board of REALTORS® and has been an active member of the Board of Directors since 2023. Her leadership on committees, including Governmental Affairs and MLS & Rules, reflects her commitment to raising standards and improving the experience for clients and fellow REALTORS® alike.
Bailey’s roots in Douglas County run deep. As a fifth-generation resident, she combines local knowledge with a modern approach to marketing and technology. She is also known for her attention to detail, from high-quality photography to strong negotiation skills, ensuring clients receive the best possible results.
