Introducing Campbell Ragan
Campbell Ragan is a fourth-generation real estate professional and lifelong Lawrence resident with deep community roots. Growing up in a family immersed in real estate gave her a unique perspective on the market, which she pairs with a background in communication, digital strategy, and client-centered service.
After earning a degree in Public Communication with minors in Child Studies and Spanish from Truman State University, Campbell returned to Lawrence to work as a property manager for Camson Properties. Her desire to support families and contribute to the community led her to pursue a Master of Arts in Teaching at Kansas State University, followed by two years teaching in the Lawrence Public School District.
Campbell later transitioned to real estate full time, applying her communication skills, service mindset, and knowledge of the local market to help clients make informed, confident decisions. She partners with her mother, Cheri Drake, on TeamOne, combining Cheri’s decades of experience with her own modern strategies and digital expertise. Their collaborative approach ensures clients receive clear guidance, timely information, and a seamless, high-touch experience from start to sold.
Campbell and her husband, Scott, who works in construction, are raising their young son in Lawrence and enjoy being active members of the community they serve.
