Starting her career as a property manager at 17, Emily now brings over 20 years of expertise in managing and expanding rental property portfolios. Her professional journey, shaped by her father’s development projects and mentorship from Gary Nuzem, has made her a skilled strategist in property valuation, market positioning, and investment opportunities.
