I take great pride in my abilities to assist families to sell their current properties and search for a new home. I have been a realtor in Lawrence for almost 20 years now! That longevity has given me great insight to the heartbeat of this unique community and the background of working in fluctuating markets over time. I have had extensive training through McGrew and other sources, to better serve my clients' needs as well.
I feel that my early life experiences as an elementary and high school art teacher better prepared me to deal with the emotional and psychological aspects of purchasing and selling a home. My current part-time teaching position at Corpus Christi allows me to continue my love of working in the arts with children as well.
I am also proud to represent Salb Homes, a hometown construction company building homes in Lawrence since 1987. My experience has quickly taught me the ins and outs of building a quality-constructed home in Kansas. I pride myself on my great contacts with various vendors involved in the building and home care industry.
On a personal note, I married Frank Salb, Jr. in September of 2006. We welcomed our first son, Cameron in 2008, and our second son, Leo, in 2011. Our sons are active in Boy Scouts, athletics for Free State High School, West Middle School and the Catholic Youth Organization of Johnson/Wyandotte County. We love to travel the world and share amazing experiences with friends and family. We look forward to living a fulfilling life in this charming community!
