Introducing Kimberly Williams

Kimberly Williams, Associate Broker/Realtor®, is a Kansas native with deep roots in Douglas County and the city of Lawrence, where her family’s rich heritage spans generations. Her great-great-grandfather contributed to the construction of notable landmarks, including the historic Castle Tea Room, the County Courthouse, and several buildings at Kansas University. Kimberly's immersion in the construction industry began early through her involvement with her stepfather’s award-winning construction company.
Kimberly began an exciting career as an International Flight Attendant with Continental Airlines, traveling to destinations such as London, Paris, Rome, Japan, and Hawaii. Her outstanding service, particularly her 'Perfect Attendance Award” and support of the Department of the Air Force, earned her the Civilian Desert Shield/Desert Storm Medal for transporting soldiers to King Fahd, Saudi Arabia.
Kimberly’s journey took her to Austin, Texas where she excelled as the Sales & Marketing Director for Corporate Lodging Hotels. She also ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Absolutely Organized! and, along with her partner, Cravotta Studios, an interior design firm. These experiences provided her with valuable expertise in home staging and listing preparation, which greatly benefit her clients today.
In 2005, Kimberly earned the Kansas Real Estate Salesperson license, followed by a Broker license in 2007. After five years of dedicated service with Century 21, she joined McGrew Real Estate, the premier and most established real estate company in Lawrence, Kansas.
