We have a long-standing relationship with Bailey, and have worked with her on four transactions over the past six or seven years. We trusted her with selling our first family home, and at the same time finding us a larger home. She took all of our requests, and found us several properties to choose from. She had connections in the community to fix up the random things in our first home to make it easier to sell and get top value. Her connections in finance made securing a mortgage easy. When it was time to sell our second home on short notice, Bailey was our first call. She took care of all the little things, and represented us at every stage. We thought that would be the last time working with her since we moved out of state, but an opportunity came up to buy a condo, but we did the whole thing remotely, with Bailey's assistance. She walked through on a video call, pointing out any issues to address. She took care of all the assessments and inspections. And we used the same finance connections she made for us years before.
