My family has used Taylor LaRue as our real estate agent to purchase two homes in the Lawrence Kansas area. This is my story. I was a recent retiree looking to move to Lawrence to be closer to family. In that situation, one is selective, even picky dare I say, about the home I was about to purchase. Because of that, it took Taylor and I about 18 months and a dozen trips to Lawrence to find the right one. During that time, Taylor provided me with listings of possible homes that met my criteria, provided all of the documentation associated with buying a new home, and chauffeured me to each of the homes. She responded to my emails and phone calss in a timely manner and contacted other real estate agents to get more information about the property. She patiently answered all of questions, which as a non-real estate person were many. And when it came down to making an offer, Taylor allowed me to make my own financial decisions. I would say that it's because of Taylor's pro-active efforts in reaching out to the sellers on a regular basis that I got my perfect home. In short, Taylor was knowledgeable, responsive, conscientious, reliable, available, helpful - basically going over and above to help me find my place in Lawrence.
