    3. The entrant must be a household resident or immediate family member.

    4. Must be 18 or older.

    2. Photo must feature the front entry side of the home and the outdoor spaces that help create a welcoming first impression.

    3. Original photos only, no AI-generated images

    4. Appropriate for public sharing

  • Winners will be selected by an independent guest judge based on visual appeal, creativity, seasonal expression, and sense of welcome.

  • By entering, you grant McGrew Real Estate permission to share your photo on social media, the website, and marketing materials using your first name and general location.
