MLS & Rules Committee: I review and recommend updates to MLS standard forms, documents, and policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency for real estate transactions.
Forms Committee: I review member suggestions for LBOR contracts and forms, collaborate with legal counsel to implement updates, and work with form vendors like DocuSign and Dotloop to ensure templates are accessible and easy to use
Professional Standards Committee: Upholds the Code of Ethics by overseeing ethics complaints and arbitration matters, ensuring fair, consistent enforcement and dispute resolution for members and the public.
