Today we celebrate a remarkable achievement. REALTOR® Cheri Drake has reached her 35th year in the real estate industry. This milestone reflects more than just time. It speaks to decades of consistent service, deep expertise, and genuine care for clients.
Raised in Lawrence and deeply connected to the community, Cheri began her real estate career in 1990 after earning her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Over the years, she has built a trusted reputation rooted in both professional knowledge and personal dedication.
Cheri holds advanced designations including ABR, CRS, GRI, and SRES, as well as certifications in Smart Home technology, Probate sales, and Divorce real estate. She also serves on the Lawrence Board of REALTORS® MLS & Rules Committee, where she helps guide the standards and systems that shape our industry.
Clients know Cheri as someone who is steady, skilled, and always present from start to finish. She brings a blend of strategic thinking and personal connection to each transaction, supporting both buyers and sellers through every step of the process.
Alongside her husband Kelly, Cheri has raised two daughters, Campbell and Carson. Their family has contributed to the construction and development landscape in Lawrence for three generations. In her time away from work, Cheri enjoys travel and is a dedicated soccer fan.
