Three McGrew Agents Step Into Leadership Roles with LBOR

McGrew Real Estate is proud to share that three of our agents are serving on the 2025 Board of the Lawrence Board of REALTORS®: Bailey Stuart (President), Erin Maigaard (President-Elect), and Taylor LaRue (Treasurer). Their leadership not only elevates our local industry but also brings unique value to their clients. By shaping policies, championing professionalism, and staying ahead of market trends, they are helping define the future of real estate in our region.

Bailey Stuart — President
Bailey brings both passion and precision to her work in real estate and in her role as President of the Lawrence Board of REALTORS®. Her leadership is grounded in hands-on experience and a deep knowledge of the local housing market. With a reputation for responsiveness, professionalism, and clarity, Bailey represents a generation of REALTORS® who prioritize transparency and education. Her years of board service, committee involvement, and commitment to elevating standards have positioned her as a trusted voice among her peers. As President, she is focused on supporting fellow agents, improving the client experience, and maintaining strong community partnerships across Douglas County.

Erin Maigaard — President-Elect
Erin’s path to leadership has been shaped by her client-first mindset and community spirit. As a REALTOR®, she brings a thoughtful and enthusiastic approach to every transaction, backed by certifications from the National Association of REALTORS® and a clear dedication to professional growth. Erin also serves on nonprofit boards and local committees, deepening her ties to the community and bringing a broad perspective to her role as President-Elect. Her ability to build strong relationships is one of her greatest strengths, and it’s part of what makes her such an effective advocate for both her clients and the industry.

Taylor LaRue — Treasurer
As Treasurer of the 2025 Board, Taylor brings financial insight, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of real estate policy. A lifelong Lawrence resident, Taylor’s background at the Kansas Small Business Development Center shaped her values around service and trust. Now a full-time REALTOR® on the LaRue Team, she works closely with her brother to help clients navigate the buying and selling process with clarity and confidence. Her board and committee work is extensive, including service on the MLS & Rules Committee, Contracts & Forms Committee, and Community Relations. She was honored as both Newcomer of the Year and Rising Star in 2022. Taylor’s commitment to excellence and service is evident not just in her real estate work, but in her active support of youth and community programs across Douglas County.
