Whether you’re selling a small cottage or luxury home with acreage, you will be my top priority and I will go the extra mile to ensure that your experience is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
As you can see in my reviews, past clients appreciate my knowledge about the inner workings of homes. I do my best to ensure that my buyers are aware of any issues in the home that may have gone unnoticed to the naked eye. It’s not about the sale for me – it’s about finding you a home that checks your boxes, and making sure you are aware of any potential problems along the way.
One of the most fulfilling moments in my real estate career was having someone reach out to me who had seen me serving as a buyer’s agent for someone else and recognized my strong work ethic. After having already sold multiple houses on his own, he decided to use me as his seller’s agent. Once we got his house sold he told me that he wished he had used me for all of his previous transactions because he said I had made it so that he didn’t have to worry about anything, and due to my negotiating skills he had made more money off the sale of his home than he had ever anticipated. It’s stories like these that help keep me focused on customer satisfaction above all else.
Board Involvement
As the President of the Lawrence Board of Realtors in 2023 and a Board of Directors member since 2022, I have demonstrated leadership in the local real estate community. I have served on several important committees, including those focused on technology, housing market roundtables, and strategic planning, always working to improve and innovate within the industry.
Education
I graduated from the Right Track Leadership Program in 2022, where I learned how to better my leadership skills, and gained knowledge on the inner workings of Governmental Affairs. I am currently working towards obtaining an ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), as well as a C2EX designation (Commitment to Excellence).
Community Involvement
Beyond real estate, I am an active community leader. A proud member of the Sertoma organization, I enjoy contributing to local initiatives, such as Lawrence Lights, where I serve on the steering committee. I also play a vital role in the planning and execution of the Lawrence Lights event, working alongside other community members to bring a little extra joy to our community over the holiday season.
As President and founder of Pickleball Lawrence, I promote healthy living and sportsmanship, fostering a fun and inclusive environment for the growing pickleball community.
About Me
Family man – I love going on adventures with my wife and daughter, but I’m just as content playing board games with them at home while our cat, Callie, tries to lay on the board or steal our pieces.
Sports enthusiast – Over the years I have been involved in a number of different sports, including softball, kickball, pickleball, and even horseshoes! In addition to playing sports, I’ve also enjoyed coaching my daughter’s softball teams in the past and cheering her on at gymnastics competitions.
Community leader – I am passionate about our community and the people who make it so incredible. I enjoy volunteering for various causes where I can work alongside others who share the same passion for serving our community. The best part is when my daughter is able to serve with me and see the difference that she can make as well.
Whether guiding clients through the real estate process or volunteering time to enrich the local area, I am deeply committed to making Lawrence a better place to live.
