Cheri Drake has been one of Lawrence’s most respected and successful real estate professionals for over 35 years. Known for her deep market knowledge, strategic negotiation skills, and client-centered approach, she has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor with a proven track record of delivering results for buyers and sellers, from start to sold.
Raised in Lawrence, Cheri has a lifelong understanding of what makes this community a special place to live. She earned a bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in Marketing and began her real estate career in 1990. She has since earned the CRS, GRI, and Broker certifications, reflecting her dedication to professional excellence.
Cheri’s family has been involved in the construction and development industry for three generations, giving her unique insight into both the market and the community she serves. Together with her husband Kelly, she has raised two daughters, Campbell and Carson.
Today, Cheri partners with her daughter, Campbell Ragan, through TeamOne, combining her decades of experience with Campbell’s modern marketing expertise and client-focused approach.
